Cleopatra was also a fan of this stone because it is said to promote youthfulness. The German mystic Hildegard von Bingen used chrysoprase against gout and to cool down emotions in hot-tempered indivuduals. The stone is still used today to cool down intense emotions of jealousy, envy, anger and broken hearts.
