When Should I Take Immutone Shark Liver Oil Capsules?

Recommended Daily Intake of Immutone Shark Liver Oil Capsule:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with meals, can be increased to two daily if required.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
